Brittany Bowerman is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care across the lifespan. Originally from Twin Falls, Idaho, Brittany returned to her home state to serve her community and be closer to family.
Brittany began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) before earning her Registered Nurse (RN) license in 2019. She gained valuable clinical experience at Nebraska Medical Center and worked across a wide range of healthcare settings, including long-term care, emergency medicine, medical-surgical units, step-down care, and urgent care. This diverse background has given her a strong clinical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of patient needs in both acute and outpatient environments.
She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree from Morningside University in Sioux City, Iowa in 2022, and later pursued her passion for mental health by completing her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification through Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 2024.
Brittany provides mental health care for geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients. She offers both in-person and telehealth services, with many pediatric and adult mental health visits conducted via telehealth to increase accessibility and convenience for patients and families.
Outside of her professional work, Brittany enjoys reading, working on puzzles, and spending time at the lake during Idaho’s summer months.
